Growth Driven Inbox AI is an email assistant for small teams. This page explains, in plain language, what we do with your email data.

Connecting your mailbox

We connect to your mailbox with your permission, using Google or Microsoft OAuth. You grant access from your own account, and you can revoke it at any time from your Google or Microsoft security settings, or by asking us.

What we store

To provide the service we store email content, contact details, and AI-generated summaries and drafts in our database. We use this only to run the product for you.

AI processing

We send email content to OpenAI (model gpt-5.4-mini) to generate summaries and draft replies. That content is not used to train models. Your email is stored on Supabase servers in the United States.

Keeping email private from the AI

In Settings → Privacy you can name people, companies or words in a subject line that the AI must never read. Matching email stays in your inbox marked private: no summary, no draft, nothing sent to the AI.

How long we keep it

You choose how long we keep a copy of your email — from three months up to forever. Anything older is deleted from our side. Your mailbox at Google or Microsoft is never touched.

The account owner can download everything we hold as one file, and can permanently delete the whole workspace, both from Settings → Privacy.

Sending email

We never send email on your behalf without your explicit approval in the app. Every draft waits for you to review and press send.

Disconnecting and deletion

You can disconnect your mailbox at any time. To request deletion of your stored data, email us at gray.growthdriven@gmail.com and we will remove it.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our infrastructure providers (Supabase, n8n Cloud and Lovable).
